Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lezaza Eyewear! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and refunds according to the following policy:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    • Custom or personalized sunglasses are non-returnable unless they are defective.

  2. How to Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@lezazaeyewear.co.za or +27 87 265 2561 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    • You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the sunglasses back.
    • Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping is free if the sunglasses are defective or were sent in error.
    • If you are returning the sunglasses for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different model or size, please return the original sunglasses for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive sunglasses that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a full refund or a replacement depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized sunglasses
  • Sunglasses that have been worn or damaged by the customer (e.g., scratched lenses, bent frames, etc.)
